How Payment Works: Pay on the Day, No Deposit

You pay for a Loka Bali tour on the day of the tour, in IDR or USD cash, directly to your driver or guide. There is no online payment, no deposit, and no booking fee. The per-person price shown on each tour page is the final price — what you see is what you pay.

We book by WhatsApp because it is fast and personal: you send your tour, date, pax, and pickup area, we confirm availability and the exact pickup time, and that message is your booking. Because no money changes hands upfront, there is nothing to refund if plans change — you simply let us know.

Entrance fees, lunch, and personal spending are usually paid separately on the day and are listed under each tour's exclusions, so there are no surprises. If you would prefer to settle entrance fees together with the tour, tell us when booking and we will quote one clear total.
