Questions about this tour
What time is the Kecak fire dance at Uluwatu?
The Kecak fire dance starts around 18:00 WITA, timed with the sunset. We pick you up mid-afternoon so you can explore Uluwatu Temple first and be seated before the performance begins.
Do I need to dress modestly for Uluwatu Temple?
Yes. Uluwatu is an active temple, so a sarong is required to cover your legs. Sarongs are provided free at the entrance, so you do not need to bring your own.
Are the monkeys at Uluwatu a problem?
The temple has wild macaques that sometimes take sunglasses or hats. Keep small items in your bag and your guide will help you watch your belongings during the visit.
